Reimbursement Policy

r3.0 will reimburse 50% of the paid fee in any case of a participant’s cancellation by not later than May 31, 2024, and 25% in case of a participant’s cancellation by June 30, 2024. Registrations that will be cancelled after June 30, 2024, will not be reimbursed.

Cancellations do to wrong ticket choice are possible, but regular cancellation fees apply, depending on payment method.
